We’re there when you need us
Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, we have a registered nurse available to answer questions and address problems you may be experiencing.
Whenever possible, we ask that you call us rather than having a husband, relative or friend call for you. This will save time and helps us answer your questions and address your problems promptly.
If your situation is urgent, you may be seen by one of the physicians in the office that day or you may be referred to the emergency room at either St. Vincent Healthcare or Billings Clinic in which case the provider on call will see you there.
