Certified Nursing Assistant

Growing, fast paced OB-GYN practice seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. This individual will work in collaboration with another CNA to meet patient and physician needs. The CNA team is responsible for coordinating patient flow throughout clinic. Performs vital signs and prepares rooms for exams and procedures. Orders and maintains medical supplies. Supports an environment which encourages patients to ask questions and share concerns. This individual must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and also interact professionally with patients and visitors as well as staff and physicians.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Certification required. OB-GYN background preferred. Recent experience in a clinic setting is also preferred.

Salary: $11.22 per hour minimum

Receptionist / Medical Records

Growing, fast paced OB-GYN practice seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. This position is responsible for greeting and registering patients for appointments, managing incoming telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical records and paper filling. This individual must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and also interact professionally with patients, visitors as well as staff and physicians.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of at least one year of recent experience in a clinic setting performing reception and/or medical records duties is preferred.

Hours: Full Time – Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00

Salary: $11.22 base or minimum
