Position’s Primary Purposes

  1. Build a healthy and productive Clinic culture, resulting in a high-level of employee engagement
  2. Lead the successful execution of the Clinic’s strategic plan, goals, and initiatives
  3. Identify, lead, and execute state-of-art Clinic systems and practices
  • Position Reports To: Clinic President
  • Position’s Direct Reports Include: Clinic Manager/Supervisor(s)

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired Experiences & Skills

  1. 6 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. 5+ years supervisory and project/program management experience preferred
  3. Must be available as a full-time employee and provide on-call coverage when necessary
  4. Demonstrate leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results-orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and culture-based decision making

Must complete Clinical Management Certification through MTMGMA and pursue ongoing professional development programs in support of Billings OB-GYN Associates’ strategic initiatives
