Licensed Practical Nurse

Growing, fast paced OB-GYN practice seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. This position supports providers and clinical staff in the delivery of quality patient care services within established guidelines, policies, procedures and protocols. Administers injections and medications. Refills prescriptions. Schedules referrals and tests. Communicates laboratory test results to patients. Supports the coordination of patient flow throughout the clinic. This individual must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and also interact professionally with patients, visitors as well as staff and physicians.

Minimum of at least two years experience in a clinic setting is required. Women’s health experience preferred.

Hours:  Full Time – Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00

Benefits include medical insurance and retirement.

Salary:  $20.00 base or minimum

Certified Nursing Assistant

Growing, fast paced OB-GYN practice seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. This individual will work in collaboration with two other Certified Nursing Assistants to meet patient and physician needs. The Certified Nursing Assistant team is responsible for coordinating patient flow throughout the clinic. Performs vital signs and prepares rooms for exams and procedures. Orders and maintains medical supplies.  Supports an environment which encourages patients to ask questions and share concerns. This individual must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and also interact professionally with patients and visitors as well as staff and physicians.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and current certification as a CNA. One year experience in a clinic setting preferred.

Hours:  Full Time – Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00

Benefits include medical insurance and retirement.

Salary:  $15.22 per hour minimum

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired Experiences & Skills

  1. 6 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. 5+ years supervisory and project/program management experience preferred
  3. Must be available as a full-time employee and provide on-call coverage when necessary
  4. Demonstrate leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results-orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and culture-based decision making

Must complete Clinical Management Certification through MTMGMA and pursue ongoing professional development programs in support of Billings OB-GYN Associates’ strategic initiatives
